Situated in the north-east 10 miles from Aberdeen. Drum castle
was home to the chieftain of the Clan Irvine for 650 years. It is
now run by the National Trust and open to visitors.
The keep dates back to around 1290 and is one of the
oldest keeps in Scotland.
