Another original Scottish art work. Only just though Eyemouth is situated in the south east of Scotland five miles from the border. The oil painting is of a view out over the harbour. Fishing was the main industry dating back to the 13th century and due to it's location smuggling helped a fair bit as well. It is a natural harbour formed at the mouth of the Eye Water. |
